Requirements
  • Qualified therapist with New York State massage therapy license and must be kept up to date in accordance with law
  • Demonstrable true 5-star Spa experience with all guest interactions
  • Sound understanding of holistic and wellness Spa
  • Personal passion for holistic/wellness concept, treatments, and spa industry
  • Limitless energy and a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strong and supportive team member always
  • To be considered for the position, you must have work authorization in the United States
  • CPR/AED Certification is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge the confidential nature of the professional relationship with a client and respect each client's right to privacy
  • Responsible for the comfort of all guests while performing treatments. Direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction
  • Maintains excellence in all spas trained treatments and 5-star service
  • Communicate in an appropriate manner with the Spa Reception Desk staff on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of appointments, billing, and retail sales
  • Promotes wellness and accommodate guests during treatment to meet their wellness needs
  • Responsible for maintaining consistency in treatment and quality of performance in accordance to training program and Peninsula’s standards
  • Demonstrates professional excellence through regular self-assessment of strengths, limitations, and effectiveness by continued education and training
  • Respect the integrity of each person and, therefore, do not engage in any inappropriate conduct or inappropriate activities involving clients
