Requirements
  • Significant experience managing a team, including supporting employees in the field, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and developing team members in a results-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and environments.
  • Willingness to work in the field with frequent travel and hotel stays, up to four days per week.
  • Ability to work with numbers and analyze key performance indicators, including sell-out, average basket, and market share, to manage point-of-sale performance.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at B2/C1 level; part of the recruitment process will be conducted in English.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the commercial performance of the assigned area by analyzing results and implementing concrete, relevant, and effective action plans.
  • Ensure operational excellence in the field by upholding merchandising, sales ceremony, customer experience, and brand visibility standards.
  • Develop local initiatives to drive sales, strengthen brand presence, and capture business opportunities in the assigned area.
  • Manage, support, and develop field teams through recruitment, onboarding, objective setting, performance monitoring, coaching, evaluation, and skills development.
