  • Experience with Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure, and platforms.
  • Understanding of application programming interfaces via Java, Python, or a similar scripting language for custom software implementations in Enterprise Linux or Unix environments.
  • Understanding of data warehousing, extract-transform-load, and data integration.
  • Ability to communicate across business and technical stakeholders and tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Ability to lead senior-level project update, value assessment, or business review meetings.
Responsibilities
  • Manage services delivery across a portfolio of diverse customers and accounts.
  • Work with clients to manage the installation, configuration, and implementation of purchased products and technologies.
  • Partner with clients to ensure they understand product functionality, optimize benefits, and accelerate time to value.
  • Ensure clients receive process, technical, and expert advice during the early stages of product implementation.
  • Lead federal customer engagements and ensure mission-aligned consulting services adhere to delivery models, engagement processes, methodologies, artifacts, government regulations, and security standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and GovCloud.
  • Build relationships with senior-level customer stakeholders, partners, and service integrators to support successful implementations.
  • Correlate Collibra product features to customers’ use cases.
  • Work with customer stakeholders to clarify business objectives and develop solutions using Collibra products, technologies, and services.
  • Develop project plans based on account plans, customer initiatives, and use cases.
  • Assist customers by understanding their concerns and challenges.
  • Assist the Solution Architect during initial requirements gathering and suggest further functionality to customers.
  • Provide federal agencies with tailored data governance strategies that incorporate best practices, enable knowledge transfer, and drive measurable business and mission outcomes.
  • Deliver documented project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders throughout services engagements.
  • Communicate implementation escalations, risks, issues, and change management updates weekly within Collibra and to the project Service Manager.
  • Identify and drive value and measurable outcomes during implementation projects.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison among Sales, Support, internal stakeholders, and customers to drive service delivery activities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Engineering, Product, Support, and Executive teams to align with customer priorities.
  • Understand Collibra Platform basics, including its operating model, workflow, and integration capabilities.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members.
  • Provide product, solution, and process advisory support to other team members.
  • Coach project team members during service delivery.
  • Work with company leadership to define and continuously improve engagement and delivery processes across the services delivery organization.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Collibra’s footprint by aligning product capabilities with customer initiatives.
  • Contribute to Collibra Public Sector’s services and licensing growth through account expansion, strategic planning, and customer advocacy.
  • Help customers understand how additional technologies and features may increase value.
  • Present the services offering and explain its deliverables and value to the manager.
  • Present the Customer Journey framework and explain its phases, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of delivery personnel, including Engagement Managers, Solution Architects, Account Program Managers, Premium Support Engineers, Sales Engineers, and Account Executives.
  • Work with account teams to build project plans aligned to assigned accounts.
  • Navigate Salesforce accounts, projects, and utilization.
  • Identify customers at risk and build remediation plans.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies within the services organization.
  • Advise Sales on proposed services engagements.
  • Build and present delivery plans for assigned accounts.
  • Build playbooks to address process gaps and inefficiencies within the services organization.
  • Execute remediation plans for at-risk customers in collaboration with sales, support, and technical teams.
  • Explain to customers how Collibra’s suite capabilities and delivered projects provide value.

Sep 23, 2026, 09:00 ET New Products (Collibra Maestro, Live Map and Guardian Agents) Will Aim to Address Hidden Costs Associated with Scaling Effective AI Use Collibra Becomes First Data and AI Governance Platform Company to Achieve AIUC-1 Certification NEW YORK and BRUSSELS, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Collibra, the enterprise AI control plane, today announced three new capabilities aimed at addressing the hidden costs that corporations around the world are facing as they seek to scale effective AI. Collibra Maestro, Live Map, and Guardian Agents with Agent Contracts, will take direct aim at the hallucination tax which can lead to increased costs and errors, impacts on productivity, and erosion of trust across an organization. Notably, the new products include: 1. Collibra Maestro will enable governance teams to build their own no-code agents with governance built in from the start to automate workloads, turning weeks of manual work into minutes; 2. Live Map will give every agent a context graph of how a company's knowledge connects, enabling performant agentic retrieval from curated unstructured documents; and 3. Guardian Agents with Agent Contracts will extend AI governance to the much larger fleet of AI agents built outside Collibra. The 2026 Hallucination Tax Report, a survey conducted by The Harris Poll on behalf of Collibra and released on September 16, found that 76% of data and AI decision-makers have hit critical roadblocks moving agents from pilot into production over the past 12 months. Agents automate governance tasks with Collibra Maestro Governance teams carry a growing manual workload, and automating that work typically has meant relying on technical resources most governance teams do not have. Collibra Maestro removes that dependency. Collibra Maestro is an integrated suite of AI-powered capabilities, built on Collibra's enterprise Knowledge Graph, that simplifies the automation of governance operations and accelerates the delivery of trusted context to every asset, AI model and agent. It brings Collibra's existing native AI utilities together under one suite and introduces Maestro Studio, where teams configure and manage their own agents that answer questions and perform automated governance tasks within Collibra.Through a visual builder, users can tailor an agent's persona, permissions and tool access and ground it in certified knowledge sources. Out-of-the-box templates jumpstart agent creation. Once published, end users interact with those agents through Maestro Assistant, a simple chat interface, using natural language. Ground every agent in enterprise context with Live Map Nearly nine in ten decision-makers (87%) say their teams regularly re-verify that the context their agents rely on remains accurate and current. Live Map, from Deasy Labs by Collibra - which specializes in unstructured data - gives agents access to a context graph capturing what entities exist across a company's documents, how they relate, and how those relationships evolve. Instead of requiring agents to repeatedly reconstruct those relationships for every question, Live Map makes that context directly available, enabling more performant agentic retrieval from curated unstructured content. Control third-party agents with Agent Contracts and Guardian Agents Just over half of decision-makers (51%) report spending significant staff hours manually reviewing and correcting autonomous AI agent outputs before they go live, rising to 64% at organizations with $100 million or more in revenue. The absence of structured context and runtime governance is forcing that supervision back onto people. Agent Contracts establish layered, machine-readable controls that scale across the agent fleet, with global rules and specialized requirements based on factors such as function, risk classification or operating context. Guardian Agents extend those controls into runtime by continuously supervising individual agent behavior and supporting intervention when an agent moves outside its intended boundaries from flagging and escalating an issue to blocking an unauthorized action. Collibra has expanded its integration with Snowflake to deliver governed business context and semantic consistency across the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. The partnership, announced at Snowflake Summit 26, aims to help enterprises scale agentic AI with production-grade governance.
