About the company

Leap Group is an independent network of wholly-owned marketing and advertising agencies that provides clients with a single point of contact to access specialized services across branding, production, analytics, and digital media. The network combines Matter (creative/branding), Spark (production studio), HumanX (marketing research and analytics), and Amp (digital media) to assemble tailored teams for each project, so clients pay only for the services they need. Its model focuses on client-centric collaboration where agencies complement rather than compete with one another under one contract, streamlining operations.

LEAP Group relaunches HumanView to explain why customers behave as they do

LEAP Group has relaunched HumanView, its growth intelligence service, rebuilt from the ground up. The Louisville-based marketing agency holding company announced the update on October 23, 2026. HumanView analyses what customers say and do on social platforms, e-commerce sites, review platforms, and search, including signals from Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Amazon, and Walmart+. Because the data reflects unprompted behaviour, it avoids the response bias of surveys and focus groups. The service captures signals at scale, decodes millions of records with statistical models such as regression, correlation, and clustering, then relies on analysts to interpret the patterns. Clients get human-validated insights instead of another dashboard. "Machines find the patterns. Humans find the point," said chief executive officer Alan Gilleo.
