Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Eight (8) years full-time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor
  • Proficiency in Primavera 15.1 or above and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
  • Understanding of theories, principles, and practices of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain program schedules for construction projects
  • Interpret and read detailed construction drawings
  • Review contractor's baseline schedule submissions
  • Perform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals
  • Conduct schedule Time Impact Analysis for change orders
  • Perform Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysis
  • Walk construction sites to check contractor's progress
  • Communicate with contractors regarding schedule/progress matters
  • Perform Program Schedule QA/QC reviews
  • Update Program Schedules/Master Schedules regularly
  • Ensure proper use of Program-level standard codes and reports
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams and department leadership
  • Prepare reports as directed by management
