Requirements
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products Word Excel PowerPoint and related tools and technology required for the position
  • Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria

  • Candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined
  • Must pass Savannah River Site drug and alcohol screening and have had no previous record of drug or alcohol-related convictions
  • Four year college degree plus 10-12 years of experience or AS-Plus 15-17 years of experience or HS Diploma plus 20 years of experience
  • Conduct thorough internal investigations in response to employee complaints and resolve employee concerns in accordance with company procedures DOE Order 442.1 and 10 CFR 708
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and rationale
  • Work a 40 hour week consisting of 9/80s or 5/8s plus additional hours as required including weekends
  • Candidate must pass General Employees Training and be capable of obtaining Savannah River Site access badges
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Employer participates in e-Verify program
  • All ProSidian staff must be eligible for a Facility Access Authorization (Employment Authorization) by the U.S. Government Security Office
  • Travel may be required; location is Savannah River Site / Aiken, South Carolina
  • Background investigations up to Top Secret or DOE Q clearance may be required
  • May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement
  • ProSidian candidate must be able to submit to varying levels of background investigations
  • Security clearance requirements exist for engagement teams handling sensitive federal engagements
  • Occasional travel to meetings site visits or training; travel coordinated with technical point of contact and approved in writing by Contracting Officer in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations
Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns in accordance with company procedures DOE Order 442.1 and 10 CFR 708 to ensure concerns related to environmental, safety, health, quality, security, management, subcontractor, reprisal and waste, fraud or abuse issues are resolved
  • Evaluate concerns for threats to safety, for PAAA impact, for protected activity disclosure and determine best resolution method while providing a confidential avenue for disclosures concerning SRR
  • Provide support through investigation of HR and other management issues as requested
  • Maintain tracking data related to concern processing in the ECP database
  • Deliver written and oral information in a clear concise timely accurate manner
  • Conduct investigations in thorough impartial ethical professional manner to ensure factual findings
  • Generate professional reports responses and corrective actions and provide written responses to originator within established timeframe
  • Intake, Evaluation, and Prioritization: evaluate incoming concerns to determine appropriate resolution methods and assign priority according to safety significance with management notified for immediate action of issues affecting safety or health of plant personnel or public
  • Intake of concerns includes promotion of open communication and equitable problem resolution and advising employees of rights and responsibilities under 10 CFR 708 as required
  • Analyze ECP performance data workplace issues and trends; generate monthly metrics for SRR Executive Management and monthly/quarterly performance reports for DOE-SR
