  • 2 plus years of related experience in providing support, preferably in a demand generation and/or direct database marketing environment
  • Fluent Japanese speaker
  • Exceptional communicator with a strong team orientation
  • Ability to work independently without constant direction or supervision
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem analysis and problem-solving competencies
  • Ability to learn and operate SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Qlik, Anteriad Marketing Cloud
Responsibilities
  • Manage internal and external client-facing resources available for Q and A on all details related to accounts
  • Work in tandem with India, APAC, and US Operations teams to ensure customer support and insights
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention from both customer and internal inquiries
  • Become expert in utilizing and understanding Salesforce, CPQ, OB, Qlik, and AMC
  • Responsible for all products sold within their team for both non-enterprise and enterprise customers
  • Understand customer motivations to improve service campaign over campaign and quarter over quarter
  • Assist Customer Success Managers, Sales Directors, Marketing, Operations, and Anteriad Management teams in support and projects as needed
  • Help complete RFPs and provide market sizing opportunities
  • Utilize SFDC cases to track campaign status and offer pre-sales support activities
