Choice Property Resources

View

Choice Property Resources helps multifamily property owners, developers, and managers maximize revenue from telecom and related services. It analyzes, negotiates, and manages telecommunications contracts for resident services (Wi-Fi, cable, broadband) and business-side office and common-area contracts, on a pay-for-performance basis so it earns revenue only when clients gain it. The firm audits existing contracts to recover missed revenue, negotiates new and renewal opportunities, researches alternative vendors, and provides ongoing contract management. It also adds ancillary revenue through community laundry contracts, rooftop and cellular leases, and other leases, serving all 50 states for a portfolio exceeding 600,000 units to improve property revenue and asset value while reducing contract complexity.
