  • Experience in process automation, use of artificial intelligence, and database management.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble the asset base to classify assets into the appropriate classes or projects and validate their depreciation rates according to applicable guidelines.
  • Validate asset amortization amounts in the corresponding tools by asset class and identify accounting differences to ensure asset payment.
  • Maintain fixed assets in GPS, including additions, disposals, and transfers.
  • Transfer and modify assets to extend amortization periods as much as possible according to applicable guidelines.
  • Validate asset amortization according to the extended amounts executed in the relevant systems.
  • Design a workflow that enables preventive execution of accounting operations.
  • Manage improvements to automate validation of asset amortization amounts in the relevant systems.
  • Generate progress reports on savings and the bank's asset execution.
  • Record accounting entries in 3270 through the accounting entries module for disposals, transfers, and modifications of fixed assets under management.
  • Generate reports on assets, depreciation, and movements according to applicable guidelines and required frequency.
  • Address internal and external audit requests.
  • Query and validate fixed-asset accounting balances generated in GPS.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and promote continuous improvement in the role.
