  • Annual Planning & GTM Design Execution: Play a supporting role in the annual planning process—helping with quota distribution, territory assignments, and capacity modeling alongside senior team members.
  • Sales Acceleration & Market Segmentation Insights: Help deliver data-backed insights to support revenue growth and strategic GTM alignment. Participate in segmentation efforts that guide how we cover the market.
  • Forecast Cadence Support: Partner with leadership to manage the end-to-end sales forecasting process. Help ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness across systems and teams.
  • Pipeline Hygiene Execution: Support the development and enforcement of pipeline standards. Help implement scalable processes, automations, and hygiene routines to drive data quality and visibility.
  • Territory Reporting & Analysis: Assist in producing and analyzing reports that evaluate territory performance and design. Provide insights that help optimize GTM coverage and decision-making.
  • Strategic Meeting Readiness: Contribute to the preparation and execution of key business forums—including QBRs, leadership meetings, and board updates. Support data gathering, presentation building, and meeting coordination.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Product, RevOps) to support alignment on GTM initiatives. Help connect the dots between strategy and execution.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with sales or GTM teams, especially in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

Start-up distributor Unfold has been appointed as Intercom's authorised distributor in Australia and New Zealand, expanding local partner access to its AI-first customer service platform and Fin AI agent. The appointment comes at a pivotal time for Intercom's local partner ecosystem as it looks to focus on Australian and New Zealand partners to meet demand for practical, governed AI deployments - moving beyond experimentation to outcomes like higher support resolution, faster response, and scalable service operations. Intercom's latest direction for Fin AI centres on making AI Agents dependable enough to take on more complex customer service work - supported by stronger training and testing controls, broader channel coverage, and clearer performance optimisation. Through Unfold, partners will have a single, local pathway for AI-powered commercial and presales support, enablement, as well as go-to-market programs. "Customer expectations haven't lowered - they've accelerated. AI is now becoming the only way to deliver consistently great service at scale, but it needs to be deployed with the right controls and confidence," Intercom APAC head of partnerships Keith Chan said. "Unfold brings an enablement-led distribution model that helps partners move quickly while doing the fundamentals well: positioning, pricing and economics, governance, and ongoing optimisation.
