Requirements
  • Masters Degree or equivalent in a social science or related quantitative field with 6+ years of experience in analytics, visualization development and consulting
  • One of the following alternatives may be accepted: Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in analytics, visualization development and consulting, ideally an emphasis on HR and Talent analytics
  • 5+ years of Tableau and SQL skills are required
  • Experience with core analytics platforms and technologies (AWS, S3, Snowflake, Python, D3, JavaScript, Alteryx, OneModel)
  • High business acumen, with an affinity for data exploration, analysis, and working with business intelligence tools and large amounts of data
  • Strong business analysis and financial skills
  • Experience with Workday a plus
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal), PowerPoint presentation development and delivery, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve and manage multiple competing priorities
Responsibilities
  • creating and delivering reporting, BI and analytical solutions to HR and the enterprise – focused on data and visualization solutions to be delivered
  • engage with HR customers who have reporting/analytics questions to provide guidance on which tools or metrics are available to help meet their needs
  • pull aggregated metrics for HR customers as appropriate for strategy discussions
  • design automated reporting solutions and dashboards as appropriate
  • work across multiple HR Analytics and enterprise functions
  • translate business opportunities back to data
  • leverage and extract maximum value from our data assets and translate that into what solutions can meet those needs
  • deliver complex reporting and analysis to various stakeholders
