  • A degree in Law or a related discipline is required.
  • Admission to practice law is required.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in leading national or international law firms is required, with exposure to commercial law and contracts.
  • Interest in developing a Legal Affairs career within a dynamic, business-oriented corporate environment.
  • Good knowledge of commercial contracts; exposure to software licensing agreements, ICT services, and data protection matters is a plus.
  • Good analytical, legal drafting, and legal-document review skills.
  • Precision, proactivity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Good interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork.
  • Ability to organize work and manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
  • Support the drafting, review, and negotiation of contractual documentation, including service sale and purchase contracts, distribution agreements, software licensing and development agreements, confidentiality agreements, Proof of Concept agreements, Letters of Interest, Memoranda of Understanding, and Data Processing Agreements.
  • Provide legal support for corporate projects and contribute to compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with business functions by providing advice on commercial law, privacy, and governance matters.
  • Support the preparation and updating of internal legal documentation and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel and the Legal Affairs team on ordinary activities and function-development projects.
