  • Advanced excel skills and model-building acumen

Responsibilities
  • Support directly owned international Alo stores and guide international JV & Franchise Partners
  • Build and manage inventory & sales plan tools for International JV & Franchise partners
  • Manage order submission and consolidation process for Franchise Partners
  • Collaborate with Planning/Buying/Merchandising teams to develop strategic merchandise financial plans
  • Provide analytical insights to drive growth within assigned categories and international markets
  • Manage the OTB monthly financial review for owned categories/markets
  • Recap and analyze actual sales results, forecast in-season sales and inventories
  • Support Merchandise Planning in supply chain product flow
  • Create pre-season sales, gross margin and inventory plans by department
  • Maximize opportunities by analyzing the business and reacting to trends
  • Recap and communicate category and size selling performance
  • Lead change and enhancements to current processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
