Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients directly as a subject matter expert on the Cordial platform
  • Assist clients in understanding how to apply new product features and enhancements to align with their business goals
  • Develop and share best practices with clients
  • Identify issues, recognize patterns, propose solutions, and help create repeatable processes and/or documentation for long-term success
  • Enable clients to use dynamic scripting for email language and machine learning capabilities
  • Design data structures that flow downstream and integrate into Cordial's object model
  • Act as and help the Project Manager by managing internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve client adoption across the platform
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams to meet and exceed client expectations and goals
  • Document and record all completed project work to maintain an accessible framework for success

In the evaluation, Cordial received the highest possible scores in 10 criteria: identity resolution, queries & segmentation, dynamic messaging, content management, data governance, consumer privacy, regulatory compliance, agency services, pricing flexibility & transparency, and roadmap. The Forrester report describes Cordial as a great fit for cross-channel retailers that are reasonably comfortable with marketing technology and want to activate large, disparate data sets into highly customized communications. The findings underscore a growing challenge for companies betting billions on AI to handle sensitive customer interactions, from call centers to medical offices.
