We are looking for a Creative Production Specialist who will play a key role in content creation and video-based training materials. You will find ways to creatively educate Bluebeam’s customers through video, motion graphic, and graphic design. If you have a passion for creating content, developing trainings and adult education this may be the role for you!  

Your love for continuous learning, critical thinking and looking at minor details will take you far in this role. Collaboration is key and all of our team members regularly give and receive feedback in respectful ways and have fun creating content for our customers. We love to push the status quo and experiment with different formats or approaches to content with the goal of continuous improvement of the learning experiences we design.

 We’re looking for someone who:

• Has created local and global animations, graphics, visual effects and edits to enhance customer learning.
• Enjoys assembling raw footage (audio, video, still photos, screen capture, animation, etc) into a cohesive final video
• Takes pride in working with a team to create exciting content that will be enticing to our customers.
• Is the go-to friend for all Camtasia/Vimeo/Adobe Suite/MS Suite questions
• Has a passion for learning and has a foundational understanding of adult learning theory.
• Takes a big picture thinking mentality and enjoys providing input on where and what type of creative content will fit effectively into the broader experience
• LOVES to have fun while getting projects completed on time.

It would be AMAZING if you have previous on set experience related to video production.

This role could require up to 5% travel annually for company and team events. You may also be asked to come to our Pasadena office 1-2 days/month for onsite content creation.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The pay range for this position is $63,100 - $78,700
