  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with 2+ years of experience of building in Crypto.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pulley’s token management product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to build and launch new features.
  • Collaborate with other Pulley Product team members to build a consistent product experience across token and equity management products.
  • Interact directly with customers (CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and HR) to learn about their workflow and understand their pain points. Use the insights to drive a roadmap that articulates the product’s strategy, vision, and goals.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product meets customer satisfaction and business goals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
