Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, with Mechanical, Optical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Solid understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes.
  • Technical understanding of automation, test, and measurement equipment concepts.
  • Experience with automation applications, including precision mechanics and optical systems.
  • At least 5 years of Account Management experience with Fortune 500 original equipment manufacturer clients.
  • Experience in solution selling, including Test & Measurement solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative technology solution selling of capital equipment to original equipment manufacturers and contract manufacturers.
  • Experience developing key accounts, including qualifying customers for Averna's capabilities and driving internal teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Experience with account planning and management.
  • Ability to work in an onsite/hybrid environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Develop new business focused on Test System Integration, including design, replication, and support, in Averna's target industries.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts.
  • Build, execute, and report on account plans through collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing and Operations.
  • Present solution concepts and business proposals to customers.
  • Coordinate with Averna partners, including Asia-based Averna teams, to support clients' global operations.
  • Manage and maintain quota accountability.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce customer relationship management software to forecast and report sales.
Desired Qualifications
  • Mechanical, Optical, or Electrical Engineering degree preferred.

The Averna solution includes a customized framework, secure data management and full integration with Curtiss-Wright's manufacturing execution systems.
