MindCare is a B2B provider of telepsychiatry and behavioral health services that partners with hospitals, emergency departments, and outpatient clinics to deliver immediate psychiatric care. Its offerings are delivered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant teleconferencing platform that connects a network of psychiatrists and behavioral health professionals with patients in partner facilities. The company monetizes by charging partner healthcare facilities for access to its network and services. Unlike competitors that sell direct-to-consumer or standalone products, MindCare focuses on integrating psychiatric care into existing healthcare facilities to supplement or fill gaps in on-site mental health services. The goal is to expand access to timely psychiatric care across clinical settings by providing scalable, facility-based telepsychiatry support.
