- Board certification as a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
- Ability to deliver high-touch, whole-person care.
- Willingness to practice in a membership-based direct primary care model.
- Care for a panel of approximately 500–600 members.
- Conduct 30–90 minute patient visits involving listening, diagnosis, and education.
- Typically see 6–8 patients in the clinic per day, with flexibility for remote visits.
- Exercise clinical autonomy in patient care.
- Use telehealth, in-office medication dispensing, and technology to enhance patient access.
- Build long-term patient relationships and grow the practice in the community.
- Board-certified MD or DO with Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
- A collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
