Requirements
  • A diploma in computer science, information technology management, engineering, or another related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in information technology project or program management is required.
  • More than five years of experience managing complex information technology projects with strong organizational or clinical integration is required.
  • Significant experience managing complex and interdependent programs or project portfolios is required.
  • Experience deploying or enhancing clinical-administrative solutions such as electronic medical records, admit-discharge-transfer systems, telehealth systems, or medical imaging solutions is required.
  • Proficiency with traditional, agile, or hybrid project management approaches is required.
  • Experience in project governance, budget management, risk analysis, and reporting is required.
  • Strong knowledge of information technology organization and governance issues in the health and social services network is required.
  • Recognized strategic advisory skills with senior management are required.
  • Strong communication, strategic writing, and workgroup facilitation skills are required.
  • Leadership, autonomy, rigor, and collaboration are required.
Responsibilities
  • Govern and manage complex information technology programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise multiple interdependent projects.
  • Participate in developing digital transformation strategies.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams composed of information technology, clinical, and business resources.
  • Track budgets, schedules, risks, and issues.
  • Participate in deploying and evolving clinical-administrative solutions.
  • Advise managers and decision-makers on technology directions.
  • Develop communication and change-management support strategies.
  • Produce accountability reports, indicators, and executive reports.
  • Facilitate steering committees, workshops, and governance meetings.
  • Align organizational, clinical, and technology objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of program and project management practices.
