Requirements
- Experience with metal work and assembly is preferred.
- Knowledge of modular building kit systems with aluminum profiles, including item, BOSCH Rexroth, Minitec, Creform, Trilogiq, or NIS systems, is preferred.
- Knowledge of the metric system is preferred.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Assemble structures and industrial solutions with aluminum profiles according to specifications, engineering drawings, and instructions.
- Perform drilling and machining operations such as tapping, boring, drilling, and countersinking.
- Read technical drawings and blueprints using the metric system.
- Keep required production documents and journals up to date.
- Communicate with engineers to review designs and solutions.
- Perform final reviews and adjustments of assemblies to correct defects and ensure quality before handoff to quality control.
- Perform installation, repair, inspection, and adjustment of solutions at company or customer facilities as required by the project.
- Use software to manage digital drawings in a computer-aided design viewer or three-dimensional PDFs.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
