- Experience in retail or sales, such as as a sales associate, specialist salesperson, customer advisor, sales consultant, or retail salesperson.
- Interest in the automotive industry or a DIY store environment.
- Motivation to learn new products and processes.
- Physical fitness to stand and walk for up to eight hours per day.
- Advise customers in sales and consultation conversations.
- Operate the cash register and handle complaints.
- Schedule workshop orders.
- Maintain and present the sales floor and merchandise.
- Receive and store goods, and support the warehouse area.
- Work a five-day week from Monday to Saturday, with early and late shifts in a two-shift system.
- An AEVO trainer aptitude qualification is an advantage.
