What believers are saying

  • The January 15, 2026 website refresh signals active messaging and service positioning.
  • Businesses still buy brand clarity and lead-generation help when growth stalls, especially in 2026.
  • Founder-friendly, execution-heavy consulting wins when clients want one team for strategy and implementation.

What critics are saying

  • No 2026 funding, hiring, or major client-win announcements surfaced for Gray & Co.
  • Its website copy looks interchangeable with countless boutique agencies competing on positioning and marketing.
  • If revenue depends on founder-led services, one senior departure can break delivery quality quickly.

What makes Gray unique

  • Gray & Co emphasizes story-driven branding, positioning, and execution, not just creative concepts.
  • Its January 15, 2026 site update centers brand purpose, leadership alignment, and KPI implementation.
  • Hands-on mentoring by experts targets founders needing operating discipline, not agency-only deliverables.

Summer Reset: build your Q4 new business engine. Q4 success starts long before Q4. The agencies that win in the final stretch of the year are usually the ones that use the summer to step back, sharpen their positioning, and fix the leaks in their new business system. Its CEO Marcus Elliott Brown will be joining Adam Graham and Dan Archer at the Summer Reset in London on 3rd July, organised by Gray Matters in partnership with the Alliance of Independent Agencies.
