About the job
- At least two years of experience, ideally in customer service and promotion of insurance products or automotive financing solutions.
- A certificate in insurance intermediation.
- Excellent knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.

- Welcome customers in the showroom and provide professional, pleasant, and prompt service.
- Identify and understand customers’ vehicle insurance and financing needs.
- Inform customers about terms, benefits, and processes to support their decision-making.
- Enter required information into electronic systems to prepare quotations, applications, and contracts.
- Work closely with the showroom sales manager to provide a consistent, complete customer experience.
- Monitor sales of insurance and financing products and prepare related reports.
- Participate in training and updates about new products and procedures to support ongoing professional development.
- A degree from a Technological Educational Institute or university in Insurance Science, Business Administration, or a related subject is desirable.
