A New York registered Architect credential is required.
At least 10 years of experience in architectural design and preparation of construction documents.
Experience with public sector projects.
Detailed knowledge of current International Building Codes, NFPA, ADA, LEED, and related standards such as ANSI, ASTM, and ASHRAE.
Highly proficient in Revit Building Information Modeling for Architecture, including design and construction documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
Ability to work effectively in team situations and establish strong relationships with other teams where client project work overlaps.

This role follows requiring regular attendance at our NYCoffice.
What you’ll be challenged to do:
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and exposure to a wide variety of public sector projects, including but not limited to K-12, rail & transit, infrastructure projects and public works.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $155,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
