  • Passion for working in energy, and contributing to the green energy transition
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. This can include relevant masters, as well as workplace experience.
  • Strong level of data fluency and numerical skills; the capacity to use data to identify innovation opportunities, and tell a coherent story.
  • Experience of using coding languages, such as SQL and Python are nice to have, but not essential for this role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. The person in this role will need to collaborate with and influence a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Customer centric approach. Trials must work for and deliver value for businesses.
  • Ability to develop, shape and iterate on multiple ideas independently and at pace.
  • Ability to tackle ambiguity and problem solve.
  • Curiosity and self-drive - when faced with a new problem you’re capable of seeking out an answer without lots of help and support.
  • Experience working in a startup, or in licensing a SAAS business model is nice to have, but not essential for this role.
Responsibilities
  • Support OEB’s growth through innovation; owning the trial pipeline end to end; from ideation through to development, delivery and reporting.
  • Engage with multiple functions within OEB including content, data and operations.
  • Champion businesses. Customers must be at the heart of innovation, and trials must deliver benefits to businesses.
  • Use CRM, insights and data platforms to independently and rapidly deliver high quality trials across a range of areas.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify growth and innovation opportunities for OEB.
  • Use analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, and deliver recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
