Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • Five to seven years of professional experience is required, preferably in Internal Communications or HR Communications and ideally within a large, matrixed corporate or technology-driven organization.
  • The candidate must represent a globally recognized brand with professionalism and discretion.
  • The candidate must exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • The candidate must have time management, organizational, and project management skills and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must handle sensitive or confidential human resources and employee information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary communications partner for People Team initiatives, including human resources programs, security awareness campaigns, and general affairs updates across United States offices.
  • Develop creative, on-brand strategies to reach and engage employees through multiple channels while maintaining brand identity and voice.
  • Draft, design, and publish digital communications, including posters, banners, and signage, across the intranet, office poster network, and digital signage systems throughout United States locations.
  • Support communications for employee engagement and corporate citizenship efforts, including sustainability, corporate giving, volunteerism, and culture programs.
  • Research, write, and distribute internal communications such as all-employee emails, newsletters, executive messages, and program collateral reflecting company culture and values.
  • Manage and maintain the internal communications editorial calendar to ensure timely and coordinated messaging.
  • Use weekly People Team reporting to build and maintain accurate, targeted distribution lists for segmented employee communications.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, creativity, brand compliance, and messaging standards across internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the United States Newsroom team to post stories, draft social content, and coordinate multichannel campaigns connecting internal and external storytelling.
Desired Qualifications
  • Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Experience working with intranet content management systems or digital signage platforms.
