- B.S. degree (or higher) in Computer Science, or equivalent

- Expertise supporting recent generation game console and mobile app development
- A love for games (not just ours!)
- Build, manage, and develop a strong engineering team comprised of a mixture of internal and external resources
- Collaborate with development, production and other stakeholders to gather requirements, establish timelines and ensure quality delivery
- Oversee build and automation processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing plans to address them
- Guide and coach career development through personalized mentorship
- Maintain hands-on ability at the code level to aid decision making and manage risk
- Work closely with other Visual Concepts studios to provide integration support, strategy, and direction
- Set team standards and best practices for policies, documentation and programming
- Maintain a strong collaborative work relationship across disciplines including engineering, art, design, production, DevOps, and QA
