Change Delivery Lead - Campaign Manager
About the role
Our Change and Transformation is key to enabling the business achieve its strategic goals. We are looking for a Change Delivery Lead to lead on the delivery of Campaigns to drive successful end to end delivery.
The role involves managing a virtual campaign team from across the organisation, to enable delivery of email, letter and SMS communications to customers, whilst adhering to the individual areas processes, procedures and well managed principles.
What you’ll do
As a Change Delivery Lead managing campaigns you will use your experience to lead business wide campaigns which will include;
Bringing cross functional resources together to manage intent through the process
Manage meetings, stand ups and prioritisation to ensure campaigns are delivered
Providing clear and timely communication and coordination between teams and wider business stakeholders
Build good working relationships and ways of working with the virtual delivery team including design, customer fulfilment, DA’s etc
Ensure campaigns adhere to well managed standards and escalate where appropriate
Adapting your approach and style to suit different scenarios including dealing with ambiguity
Organise testing and manage execution within well managed standards
Identifying ways to improve the overall process and ways of working
What we’re looking for
Proven experience of delivering change or managing processes in a fast paced environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills with good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and influencing skills allowing you to engage with teams and wider stakeholders and play a pro-active part in creating a culture of transparency across all aspects of the process
A high level of emotional intelligence allowing you to read a room with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem solving skills, providing structured thinking and understanding to problems
Proven experience of managing team dependencies, risks and issues
You are confident in leading through ambiguity, in a fast paced, changing environment and and not afraid to escalate issues or concerns accordingly
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills to steer and guide teams and stakeholders
Where and how you’ll work
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office.
We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our offices 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
