About the company

Valley Forge Pharma is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that specializes in peptide therapeutics. It provides integrated services from initial development through commercial supply, focusing on peptide API sourcing, supply chain management, and chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) development. The core offering is cGMP peptide API manufacturing, using multiple synthesis methods—solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), liquid-phase peptide synthesis (LPPS), ligation chemistry, and fragment condensation—to produce gram- to multi-kilogram-scale batches in Class 100K and Class 10K clean rooms. The company supports various protecting strategies (Boc, Fmoc, Cbz) and ensures quality through a standard analytical package, including mass spectrometry and RP-HPLC purity assessments. Valley Forge Pharma aims to deliver high-quality peptide products at competitive prices to support pharmaceutical research, discovery, and clinical innovation.
