Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, data science, statistics, information management, or a related major is required; these majors are preferred.
- At least five years of experience in data BI development and data warehouse development, including practical experience building a complete data warehouse and developing BI reports end to end.
- Proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries and tuning database performance.
- Proficiency with mainstream databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or Hive.
- Familiarity with Python or Java for data processing, script development, and ETL workflow optimization, with practical project experience.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or FineBI, including extracting and cleaning data, creating visual reports, and designing dashboards.
- Familiarity with ETL tools such as Kettle or Informatica and with data extraction, transformation, loading, optimization, and complex data integration.
- Ability to use English as a working language, read technical documentation in English, communicate independently across departments and regions in English, and write English emails and technical reports and participate in meetings.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize the enterprise data warehouse; build an architecture that meets business needs and integrate, cleanse, transform, and load data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness and support data asset development and governance.
- Develop BI reports end to end, including gathering requirements, defining metrics, extracting data, and creating visualizations; design interactive dashboards, routine reports, and specialized analytical reports to support business analysis and decision-making and turn raw data into actionable business insights.
- Use Python or Java for data development and scripting, optimize data-processing workflows to improve development efficiency and system performance, and resolve technical issues in data development and BI reporting.
- Work with business departments to clarify data requirements and provide data consultation and technical support; promote data-driven decision-making, participate in data quality monitoring and improvement, establish data validation mechanisms, and handle data anomalies.
- Collaborate on cross-departmental projects using English as a working language, including coordinating with overseas teams, consulting English technical documentation, and writing English technical reports.
- Monitor data technology trends and introduce suitable technologies and methods to continually improve the data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, and BI reporting system.

- Knowledge of visualization design best practices.
- Ability to build a metrics system.
- Familiarity with the BigQuery ecosystem.
