Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years experience in technical solution consulting, technical writing or similar role
  • Experience in the FinTech/Payments highly preferred
  • Excellent writing and presentation abilities
  • Technical expertise of relevant technologies
  • Well versed in business software (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple items
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proactive work ethic
Responsibilities
  • In depth understanding of the payments and financial technology industry
  • Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert on the FreedomPay platform and our solutions
  • Lead pre-sales and technical integration calls
  • Intake requirements for new product enhancements and professional services
  • Present a solution sale to large groups
  • Contribute to responses for Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP)
  • Review incoming technical requests and respond to questions for the Sales, Partners, Account Management and other client-facing teams
  • Build, maintain and update PowerPoint presentations
  • Attend conferences, presentations and other client-facing meetings
  • Create and manage partner integration/certification tickets in JIRA ticketing system
  • Review, update and manage the resources on the Sales Engineering space within company’ intranet (Confluence & SharePoint)
  • Participate in planning and implementation of internal and external training sessions
  • Ability to learn how to use Responsive software (RFP Response)
  • Support Account Management and Sales in creation and championing product and proposition enhancements
