About the Company

Pennant Group

Home health, hospice, senior living services

Pennant Group provides home health, hospice, and senior living services through independent subsidiaries across 15+ states, organized into Home Health & Hospice and Senior Living segments, with geriatric primary and palliative care. Each subsidiary is independently managed, tailoring in-home and facility-based care to local communities, and growth comes from disciplined acquisitions and organic expansion with private-pay driving a large share of senior living revenue. The company differentiates itself through radical decentralization and hospital system partnerships, enabling location-specific staffing and services in underserved areas. Its goal is to expand post-acute and senior living services across a broad geographic footprint by combining autonomous subsidiaries under one public company.
