Requirements
- You are enrolled in a degree program with a focus on accounting, finance, or a comparable field, or you already hold a qualification in one of those areas.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- You have a careful and structured working style.
- You communicate clearly and courteously with different stakeholders.
- You have very good German and English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve travel expense reports for compliance with internal travel expense policies and legal requirements, and independently handle related inquiries.
- Support the timely processing of invoices, reminders, payments, and other transactions received through the accounting mailboxes.
- Assist with reconciling accounts payable accounts and travel expense reports, and help clarify posting discrepancies.
- Support the accounting team, in close collaboration with Finance and other departments, with recording business transactions in the enterprise resource planning system.
