Marketing Project Manager
About the job
- Fluent and fully proficient in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, for daily coordination and documentation.
- Three to five years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator managing fast-moving, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
- Solid working knowledge of Monday.com, Slack, and collaborative documents such as Google Workspace or Confluence.
- A proven track record running standups, tracking dependencies, and aligning internal channel leads, including CRM managers, QA, and Care, with external agencies.
- Familiarity with basic CRM channels and assets, including email, push, WhatsApp, and in-app messages, to understand timelines and deliverables.
- Proactively engage team members, identify missing assets or dependencies early, and remove blockers before deadlines slip.
- Keep Monday.com boards, campaign schedules, and backlogs updated and accurate in real time.
- Lead standups and project check-ins with internal teams and external agencies, capture action items, and follow up until they are closed.
- Keep campaign assets moving through QA on schedule and ensure Customer Care stays aligned on upcoming high-volume sends.
