  • Working knowledge of agentic AI design patterns and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Fluency with AI-native development workflows, including agentic integrated development environments and vibe-coding approaches for rapid prototyping.
  • Experience translating business intent into technical architecture decisions; formal business analysis credentials are not required.
  • Command of AI data architecture and ability to identify and mitigate privacy and security risks at each stage of an AI pipeline.
  • Evidence of communicating the same technical material to audiences with different levels of AI literacy, such as recorded talks, published writing, workshop facilitation samples, or a public portfolio of AI-related thinking.
  • Ability to navigate organizational complexity, build consensus, and lead change in environments with competing priorities or significant resistance.

  • Use prompt engineering and large-language-model-driven code generation to accelerate solution development.
  • Help clients understand agentic AI and its realistic applications in their environments.
  • Evaluate client use cases to determine whether agentic architectures are appropriate or simpler approaches would work better.
  • Guide deployment decisions, including build-versus-buy choices, orchestration tools, and rollout phasing.
  • Translate agentic AI capabilities into the practical operational context of each client’s business.
  • Evaluate and recommend data architecture patterns that protect personally identifiable information and citizen data, particularly in regulated public-sector environments.
  • Design guardrails, access controls, and governance policies that support AI adoption while protecting security and public trust.
  • Help clients choose cloud-hosted, on-premises, or hybrid architectures based on data-residency and sovereignty requirements.
  • Engage stakeholders from executive sponsors to frontline staff using approaches tailored to their concerns and readiness.
  • Address organizational complexity and resistance to AI adoption with patience, credibility, and practical empathy.
  • Lead workshops, demonstrations, and awareness sessions that build understanding and momentum without overwhelming participants.
  • Coach client-side staff to build internal AI capability and reduce dependence on external support over time.
