Requirements
  • At least 3 years of worship leading experience.
  • Skill in singing and playing guitar or keyboard.
  • Knowledge of contemporary Christian music.
  • Must pass a background check and complete chapel training.
Responsibilities
  • Lead worship music and weekly rehearsals.
  • Coordinate music with the Service Chaplain.
  • Recruit and manage praise team members.
  • Prepare and set up sound equipment.
  • Support up to 62 worship events per year, including special services.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly performance space.
