What believers are saying

  • Qualifying new parents receive paid leave: Altorfer includes maternal, paternal and adoptive leave within the child's first year.
  • Approved study receives financial support: Altorfer reimburses part of tuition, books and required course fees.
  • Technical training includes paid experience: the Davenport ThinkBIG programme alternates college study with paid dealer internships.

What critics are saying

  • Travel is substantial for rental leadership: the vice-president vacancy requires 35-60% travel, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Vendor-tool experience is required: the Bartonville engineering vacancy requires CAT ET, monitoring software, SIS Web and TMI experience.
  • Training still involves heavy handling: the Davenport internship specifies lifting loads of 75-100 pounds.
