Requirements
  • Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and visualization tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker, and Snowflake
  • Working experience with SQL
  • Analytical skills with experience in analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing complex data

Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted data-related reports, alert mechanisms, and dashboards covering main service metrics
  • Regular monitoring and reporting of global service performance metrics
  • Conduct regular deep dives to aid a better understanding of drivers of service performance
  • Interpret analytical findings and present actionable insights and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement at both tactical and strategic levels
  • Support the team in managing key governance forums
  • Build strong influencing relationships across a wide range of central and local teams and stakeholder groups
