  • 8-12 years of experience in software release management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience working with OEMs (VW, MB, BMW, Stellantis).
  • Strong understanding of ASPICE Sys.1, Sys.2, and Sys.3 standards.
  • Experience in handling project team size of 10+.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in release management tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Any citizen with valid work authorization and with mandatory bilingual skills.
  • German C1 mandatory and above & English.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, systems engineering, validation, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Manage the release process from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Work closely with OEM partners (VW, MB, BMW, Stellantis) to understand their requirements and ensure that our products meet their needs.
  • Ensure compliance with ASPICE Sys.1, Sys.2, and Sys.3 standards throughout the development and release process.
  • Lead and manage a project team of 10+ members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the release process, escalating issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain release documentation, including release notes, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Continuously improve the release process to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on release progress.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
