Requirements

A high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) credential is required.
A valid driver's license is required, and the candidate must be approved to drive by the company's insurance carrier.
Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse plumbing service issues is preferred.
Applicants must undergo pre-employment drug screens and background checks.

Responsibilities

Complete service calls correctly the first time, meeting applicable codes and Hiller standards to create a positive customer experience and avoid refunds and recalls.
Adjust, repair, and replace sewage and sump pumps.
Communicate the benefits of Club Memberships.
Complete required service documentation, collect and record fees, and deliver fees to designated office administration.
Provide accurate True Transparency pricing.
Cut, thread, assemble, and install pipes; connect valves; caulk joints; and test finished work by allowing water to flow through correctly.
Perform thorough and accurate plumbing inspections, including the Health & Safety Checklist, and communicate findings to customers in a written option sheet.
Perform plumbing service and replacements in accordance with applicable codes.
Repair drain, sewer, and water lines.
Prepare detailed findings reports with pictures when issues are identified, discuss findings with customers, and present repair options and costs using the options sheet.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: 25 to 35 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-hour-wage)

Position Responsibilities:

Education/Certification Requirements:

Experience preferred in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse plumbing service issues.

A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

A valid driver's license, and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier.
