Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts with a proven track record of enhancing social media presence and engagement
  • Proficient in using major social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and familiar with social media planning tools like Notion
  • Capable of producing high-quality visual content using tools such as Canva or Photoshop

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to significantly increase doola's brand visibility and followers across platforms
  • Partner with our Content Manager and Video Producer to create outstanding social media content
  • Foster active community engagement to build a loyal customer base, ensuring interactive communication and timely responses to queries and comments on all platforms
  • Utilize content creation tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to craft compelling and visually appealing content for various social media channels
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and incorporate relevant practices to keep doola's social media strategies ahead of the curve
  • Measure, analyze, and report on social media performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and strategies
