Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in Facilities Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and MS Teams
  • Strong communication and a professional, pleasant demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
Responsibilities
  • Maintain general cleanliness of the office, especially in conference rooms, at reception, and all common areas
  • Maintain both kitchens, including appliance cleaning and daily maintenance; supply tracking, refilling and ordering; tidying and spot cleaning; running dishwashers, etc.
  • Track, reorder, receive and put away all office snacks and supplies
  • Assist in reconciling monthly corporate credit card report
  • Clean/prep desks in advance of New Hire first days
  • Assist with Event Planning, including venue research, food & beverage selection, decorating, booking, and ordering, etc.
  • Assist Receptionist with managing food deliveries, setting up conference rooms, preparing Wi-Fi information for guests, greeting and managing guests upon arrival, registering visitors, booking conference rooms, answering the main phone line, and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Backup the Receptionist and Office Manager when they are unavailable or out of office
  • Other duties as assigned
