Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research or a related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years of additional experience may substitute for education.
  • Department of Veterans Affairs or U.S. Government contracting experience is required.
  • ServiceNow CAD certification and hands-on experience building custom applications on the Now Platform.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, webhook frameworks, authentication models, and cross-platform data mapping.
  • Familiarity with Jira project structure, issue data models, workflows, and service account configurations.
  • Ability to design scalable integration architectures meeting enterprise security, governance, and software development life cycle standards.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Veterans Affairs Public Trust.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residence is required.
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy a bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Create a scalable, secure connector that synchronizes incidents, demands, change requests, and other work items across both platforms.

LTS Sold to Velocity Rail Solutions

Lindsay Goldberg has completed the sale of Liquid Tech Solutions (LTS) to Velocity Rail Solutions. Under Lindsay Goldberg's ownership since 2020, LTS grew revenue and EBITDA by over 150%, expanded to all 50 states, and executed 15 strategic acquisitions. The transaction terms were not disclosed. Financial advisors included Harris Williams, UBS Investment Bank, and Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory.
