About the job
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least five years of recruiting experience is required, preferably including at least one year of engineering recruiting experience.
- Management experience is required.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse, and interest in becoming the systems super user are required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills for use in a multicultural context are required.
- The candidate must be autonomous and rigorous and have a high technical interest.
- The candidate must be able to manage their own priorities while maintaining a focus on the company's interests and working as a team player.
- Serve as a business partner to account managers throughout the recruiting process, report to the US Recruitment Director, and keep the VP informed.
- Mentor, guide, and coach other recruiters and ensure system compliance for all recruiters.
- Build long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, including LinkedIn, CB, Handshake, and Jobvite.
- Craft and send recruiting emails.
- Execute sourcing searches through cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations, pools, professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, and targeted companies or individuals, while managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.
- Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics as appropriate to inform the US Recruitment Director and account managers about market conditions.
- Develop recruitment campaigns for specific vacancies to provide diverse pools and pipelines of high-quality candidates.
- Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications.
- Establish and maintain accurate, well-documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, and contact data.
- Ensure compliance with all policies.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Navigate databases.
- Experience in reporting and KPI tracking is highly preferred.
