Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of customer service experience is desired.
  • Ability to coordinate activities with other employees, read and comprehend instructions and information in English, and work well with the public.
  • A valid driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record that can be maintained.
  • Ability to frequently bend, stretch, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including low and high temperatures, precipitation, and wind, as well as in noisy environments and small or enclosed spaces.
  • Ability to adjust, move, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to move into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces.
  • Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
  • Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
Responsibilities
  • Wash and detail vehicles for final delivery, including exterior washing, drying, vacuuming interiors, cleaning windows, wiping dashboards, and removing dust, dirt, or debris.
  • Apply waxes and polishes to vehicle exteriors to enhance the finish and ensure a high-quality presentation.
  • Ensure vehicles meet Collision Repair Center quality standards before delivery to guests.
  • Install and remove disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in vehicles brought into the Collision Repair Center.
  • Drive vehicles from the Collision Repair Center lane to their proper places in the lot.
  • Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
  • Ensure vehicles in the lot are kept locked and secure.
  • Assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the Collision Repair Center.
  • Retrieve customer vehicles from the lot when requested.
  • Inspect each vehicle for lot damage that may have occurred during its stay in the Collision Repair Center.
  • Record external vehicle damage, such as scratches and dents, and vehicle information on the check-in sheet, then submit it to designated personnel.
  • Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and the Collision Repair Center department to ensure a safe, professional, and organized environment.
  • Follow company safety policies, operations, and practices.
  • Assist in other areas of the Collision Repair Center as needed.
  • Maintain high ethical standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
