Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, banking or related field or engineering / science based field
  • MBA or MS in Finance and related fields
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with business partnerships
  • Experience in the Energy Industry or related field
  • Exposure and experience working with investors and/or government bodies
  • Experience in writing grants
  • Excellent program management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Exceptional writing and communication in English. Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate data and complex issues into simple messages
Responsibilities
  • Own, develop framework and facilitate the completion of grant and loan applications
  • Drive cross team collaboration to get answers, documents, and data needed to successfully complete these applications
  • Work with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure compliance, completion of documentation, and protection of the company’s IP and Trade secrets
  • Manage order book for equity fund raise
  • Schedule meetings with investors and followup calls providing information or access to data cleared by Legal and Finance teams to support investor decision making
  • Work with CFO and CEO to manage investor followup, feedback, or deep dive sessions
  • Work with other Executive staff members and subject matter experts to provide answers to investor questions
  • Work with bank partners to drive investor engagement and close investor needs
  • Build and manage relationships with current and future investors
  • Manage schedule of recurring investor check-in rhythm with CFO and CEO
  • Build documentation, presentation, or show and tell for investor roadshows and conferences
  • Work with CFO and FP&A leader to craft financial messaging for the business
  • Plan and execute special projects from time to time
