Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience designing digital product or ecommerce experiences, including direct-to-consumer experience and ownership of a site.
  • Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, including typography, hierarchy, brand systems, and commerce user experience, carried from early concepts through production-ready designs.
  • Ability to translate clinical data, ingredient breakdowns, and competitor comparisons into accurate, on-brand, persuasive visuals.
  • Experience running or substantially contributing to a conversion rate optimization program, including designing tests and interpreting results.
  • Practical fluency with artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, Figma AI, Lovable, Replit, or Midjourney, with examples of work accelerated or enabled by artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
  • Own design end to end across Stasis and Thesis digital surfaces, from wireframe through production-ready design, developer handoff, and launch quality assurance.
  • Partner with the Digital Product Manager to co-own the conversion rate optimization and experimentation program, from hypothesis and variant through design, launch planning, quality assurance, and readout.
  • Translate the brand identity into digital execution and build the design system that makes future pages faster and more consistent to ship.
  • Design direct-response assets, including advertorials, landing pages, offer and pricing modules, and quiz flows, with an understanding of the funnel each serves.
  • Turn clinical results, ingredient mechanisms, and study data into accurate, on-brand, persuasive charts, comparisons, and infographics.
  • Use session recordings, heatmaps, and test results as design inputs for developing hypotheses.
  • Help shape the team’s use of artificial intelligence in creative and technical work by sharing tools and workflows with marketing and identifying where artificial intelligence is not appropriate.
Desired Qualifications
  • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with developers and use artificial-intelligence-assisted tools to create interactive prototypes; hands-on coding is not expected.
  • Curiosity about the underlying science and ability to understand mechanisms before designing charts.
  • Experience introducing new tools and teaching workflows to teammates.
  • Experience with an experimentation platform such as Shoplift, GrowthBook, or Shopify Tests.
  • Experience building and stewarding a design system or component library in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience designing in a regulated, science-forward category such as supplements or health, where claims-bound copy and required disclosures must be incorporated intentionally.
  • Experience with motion and micro-interaction design or art direction for photo and video.

Thesis creates personalized nootropic blends to boost memory, focus, and motivation by guiding health-conscious individuals through an online quiz that captures goals and lifestyle. Based on quiz results, Thesis provides a starter kit with four different blends to be tested over a month, with optional coaching from wellness experts to fine-tune the formulas. Customers can purchase one-time kits or subscribe to receive blends regularly, and products use high-quality, USA-sourced ingredients including functional mushrooms and choline sources. Its approach combines personalization, guided testing, and expert input to help students, professionals, and athletes safely optimize brain function.
