About the Company

Sanimax

Reclaims agri-food by-products into ingredients

Sanimax collects organic by-products such as used cooking oil, meat by-products, and on-farm deadstock from more than 25,000 clients across the Americas. Through rendering, these inputs are transformed into industrial ingredients used in animal nutrition and agricultural products. The process supports a circular economy, with biofiltration and other methods helping to reduce environmental impact. What sets Sanimax apart is its long-standing family-owned heritage and its extensive in-house logistics network, which ensure a steady, scalable supply of raw materials to manufacturers. The company’s goal is to repurpose millions of tons of by-products each year, turning what would be waste into usable resources and helping reduce landfill waste in the agri-food sector.
