Requirements
  • Must have 06 Limited Energy Journeyman Electrician Certification.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience installing and programming commercial access control, IP-based video systems, and intrusion alarm systems.
  • Must be process oriented, with good communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking is essential.
  • Must be able to work independently and resolve problems to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and clean motor vehicle record.
  • Must possess Occupational Safety and Health Administration 10 certification at minimum.
Responsibilities
  • Install and program commercial security devices, including closed-circuit television, access control, internet protocol cameras, intrusion detection, video analytics, and IP network systems for new construction projects and modifications to existing security systems.
  • Take projects from start to finish, completing all necessary paperwork and communicating with the customer when needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with AMAG is preferred but not required.
